Upgrading or changing your plan

Upgrading

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
  3. Complete the payment form. Your new plan is active immediately.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Billing and click Change Plan.
  2. Select the lower plan.
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Cancelling

  1. Go to Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm the cancellation.
  3. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your links, campaigns, and analytics data are preserved.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. However, features that exceed your new plan's limits become read-only. For example, if you have 3 campaigns on Marketer and downgrade to Starter (1 campaign limit), you can still view all 3 campaigns but cannot create new ones until you are within the limit.
