Upgrading or changing your plan
Upgrading
- Go to Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
- Complete the payment form. Your new plan is active immediately.
Downgrading
- Go to Billing and click Change Plan.
- Select the lower plan.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Cancelling
- Go to Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your links, campaigns, and analytics data are preserved.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. However, features that exceed your new plan's limits become read-only. For example, if you have 3 campaigns on Marketer and downgrade to Starter (1 campaign limit), you can still view all 3 campaigns but cannot create new ones until you are within the limit.
Refunds
