Control exactly which campaigns each team member can see and edit.

Granting campaign access to team members

By default, a new team member has no access to any campaigns. You must explicitly grant access to each campaign.

Granting access

  1. Go to Team in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage Access next to the team member.
  3. Toggle on the campaigns you want them to access.
  4. Click Save. The team member receives an email listing the campaigns they can now access.

Revoking access

Toggle off a campaign in the same Manage Access panel. The team member receives an email notifying them that access has been removed.

What team members can see

  • Analytics — team members can view analytics only for links within their granted campaigns.
  • Links — team members can see and (if Editor) edit links within their granted campaigns.
  • CSV export — team members can export click data only for their granted campaigns.

Note: Team members cannot see billing information, API keys, webhooks, or custom domain settings.
