The team member workspace

When a team member logs in, they land on their Workspace — a scoped view that shows only the campaigns and links they have been granted access to.

Navigating the workspace

The Campaigns tab lists all campaigns the team member can access.
Clicking a campaign shows its links and aggregate analytics.
Clicking a link opens the full analytics page for that link.

Limitations

Team members cannot:

Create new campaigns or links (unless they are an Editor and the owner has enabled this).
View billing, API keys, webhooks, or custom domain settings.
See campaigns or links outside their granted access.

Switching between accounts

If a team member is also an owner of their own Lynkd account, they can switch between their personal workspace and the shared workspace from the profile menu in the top-right corner.
