I cannot log in to my account
Forgot your password?
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
- Click the link in the email and set a new password.
Reset links expire after 1 hour. If yours has expired, request a new one.
Google login not working
If you signed up with Google and are having trouble:
- Make sure you are selecting the same Google account you used to sign up.
- Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then attempt login again.
- If you see an "access denied" error, your Google account may have revoked Lynkd's OAuth permission. Go to your Google account permissions and remove Lynkd, then try logging in again.
Account locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again.
Email not verified
If you signed up with email and have not verified your address, you will not be able to log in. Check your inbox for the verification email. If you cannot find it, click Resend verification email on the login page.
